It was more of technical questions and the CEO was a bit tricky with his questions so the interviwee has to be smart to answer those questions. Also, the interviewer ask a lot of on the job questions to know what the would-be employee has done before now and how better he/she can contribute to the company´s growth

Interview
They bring you in and have you go through a series of questions with a couple of key employees. They conduct some standardized personality profile testing and a final interview with the owner of the company.
