Interview
Firstly I was connected by linkedin. After a short conversation and sending my resume I was ofered to schedule a phonecall. The call was lasting about 25 min. Mostly general questions about my experience, my expectations of this job and my way of collaborating with lower level employees. Very pleasant recruiter. Decided to keep in touch for the next opened positions.

Interview
I applied online and was contacted by a campus recruiter. 30 minutes with campus recruiter which went fairly well. 2 days later got an interview invitation to meet one senior associate and one A2. Interview was all behavior based questions and they really want to get to know you and how you will fit into the company.

Why assurance over tax/advisory? Why BPM? Why public accounting? Name a challenge you recently faced and how did you overcame it and what would you have done differently if you could go back. A lot of name a time so just prepare for that

Interview
The HR is very nice and polite. The whole process was very smooth. It just went over the resume and asked my preference about the location. But the second round of interview I waited for a long time, roughly about two weeks.
Originally interviewed on campus. Then had a secondary interview with a partner at their office. The first interview was more conversational and the second was based more on situational questions.
