I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BRG
Interview
First round on campus, 30 mins with a mix of behavioral, technical (valuation and accounting), and two short "cases". The cases were over litigation topics, not traditional management consulting cases.
Second round at office, 4 or 5 hours in total with the senior staff who dealt with litigation. 6 interviews in total. Questions were mostly behavioral although there were accounting and finance questions throughout. There was an excel test, however they walked you through it as none of the interviewees could figure it out. They seem like they really wanted someone passionate about economic consulting. MDs were very friendly you could tell they were passionate about their work.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BRG
Interview
Consisted of a technical/case part and behavioral part. Case was very generic and more focused on answering broad analytical questions. Behavioral was straightforward and asking about experiences working with data and where your interest in BRG stems from.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at BRG in Oct 2025
Interview
Integrated health solutions team. First a short screening to go over resume. Then they send a case two days before the next interview with a spreadsheet and slide deck for you to complete. Took a couple hours. You present these and go over resume with two team members for the second interview. Third interview is behaviorals with a director.
