Interviewer was inexperienced & very unprofessional. I wished to end the call. 1- Interviewer did not introduced her name. 2- She directly switched to her questions without stating the reason of the call and did not confirmed if I am available for the moment. Soon I have realised that it is a phone interview (start to ask on my past experiences) 3- I have explained I am currently an international Finance Business Partner -responsible from 13 countries. Just after that she asked me if I KNOW English!! Not asking if I am business fluent or so. She asked if I "know". 4- The rest is a complete joke. She asked for my years of experience. I wonder if she read my CV. Please pay a bit attention to your applicants; go through their profile and prepare questions before the call. This kind of an experience is completely disrespectful and at the end a waste of time from my end. I am still very suprised that happened in BSH, very sad.
