I applied online and the process was fairly quick. After that I received an email to say I have been accepted and invited me to take an online test about different scenarios which was fairly easy and straight forward. Then I was invited for a telephone interview. On the day, I got the call 17 minutes late. It says that the interview should last between 20-30 mins. After having my call 17 mins late, I was asked a question so irrelevant to the job I had applied for. The line cut from BT's end. There was all talking in the background. The whole interview lasted 12 mins, was unprofessional and rushed. Two days later I got an email to say I was rejected. After a really long process I got hold of the recruitment team explaining everything, I was basically ignored.
I applied online. I interviewed at BT Group (Birmingham, England)
Interview
Pretty easy actually
Applied first. Got told to book a slot for a phone interview. Found out same day if I got through to the next stage which was face to face. Face to face interview was very useful. Two days later found out if I got the job or not.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at BT Group (Newcastle upon Tyne, England) in Jun 2021
Interview
Completed an online application and received a decision to move forward within the same day. I was given the chance to book my own slot for a telephone interview which lasted around 30 minutes. At the end of the interview I was moved to stage two of the recruitment process.
