Three Stages, first stage was standard cover letter and CV submission, second stage was testing (numerical & non verbal), got through to assessment centre. Assessment centre invitation was sent at fairly short notice, this involved additional interviews with standard interview questions (would recommend being familiar with STAR format to answer), as well as a team task to agree on which project should be recommended.
