It felt less of an interview and more of a chat with a friend.
The interview was straight forward, we talked about training, job requirements, pay. We talked about growing with the company and potential training pipelines.

Question 1
Do you feel comfortable with working in a combat zone and if so where would you be comfortable going?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BWM Outcomes (Washington, DC) in Feb 2017
Interview
Professional from the beginning to end and personable. There was a gamut of tests and screenings. More than I'm used to and that's actually saying a lot since I've been in the Intelligence Community for about 10 years. However, when you realize the caliber of people they try to hire, it all makes sense.
