Interview
My interview process with this company was kind of strange. The application did show that it was for a software engineer role with pay. Nothing about internship or anything like that.
At first it was a normal phone screening; then, you are scheduled an interviewer right after that. The first question I was asked was if I needed a Visa sponsor, I told that I did not, since; I was born and raised in the US. He then continued by asking this position will be a non-paying job and that I will be coding for them just for the "experience".
Although my process happened a couple of years back. I still remembered how funny this process was. They target people who don't have their Visa's, They will sponsor your Visa, but in return you give them free labor.
It was a red flag coming in and a red flag going out.
The interviewer asked me as well if I was going with working for them without pay, and I when I said "nope, not really" he hung up haha

They ask easy questions about things on your resume. Be prepared to lie that you have 7 - 8 years of experience and basically be exploited. I'll be honest with you, if you can't lie then this isn't the company for you. The only positive is the trainer other than that the remainder of them are unrealistic in their expectations of you.
