Backbone Connect interview questions

First interview over Zoom, 2nd in person and 3rd in person with CEO. All interviews were a positive experience, however i was made to feel that i had the role by interview 2, the CEO decided against as i had no cold calling experience.

Setting up interview was very easy, just a few minutes on a call. First interview was with the sales manager and marketing manager who were both very friendly. The outline of the role was that it was mainly content writing and social media, but yet on the job ad that was only a small segment of what they asked for which I thought was a bit misleading. I have everything they asked for except writing for blogs in particular (I have written content for knowledgebase articles, emails, social media etc). I was asked to provide content after the interview but was told the next day I wasn’t successful before I could send the content over. Slightly baffling interview process overall and made me think they were disorganised.
