I met with the Head Engineer for a 1 on 1 interview. I was a recent graduate so I spoke mostly about my background in engineering and what I had accomplished at the university. Knowing spanish is basically a must in this company for 80% of the employees speak spanish as their first language. There weren't many difficult questions asked, they were expanding and needed more employees to assist with production and quality. After our conversation he gave me a tour of the factory then told me what my salary would be, I believe there would have been room for negotiation, but it was my first job out of college and accepted the offer on the spot.
