I applied through other source. I interviewed at Baffle (Santa Clara, CA) in Dec 2019
Interview
I was referred to this company by friend. They were interested -- started with a phone call that sounded professional. Later, onsite, a number of people interviewed.
They didn't communicate for almost a month as the VP was on vacation. Really, you can check your email once in a way unless you are in Timbucktu with no internet (rare nowadays). I thought it was rude and they dilly-dallied and came with less than fair offer. They said it would be a contract. The whole experience left a bad taste --making me wait so long and then turn around and offer a contract when that was not the first talk was about. If you treat the candidate badly, you will get only bad candidates. They didn't seem to care when offered good suggestions.

Interview
I remember two rounds of interviews: First a behavioral interview and a challenging question from Min-Hank. The challenging question was more algorithmic in nature, but not computational per se.
The second round was a phone interview with Rajan asking questions to probe my knowledge of computer science concepts.
