Processo demorado e muito burocrático, fiz entrevista com RH em português e inglês , depois um teste com umas perguntas "pra saber se a pessoa pensa", nada haver. Depois disso ainda tinha uma etapa técnica, conversa com o cliente e outras reuniões, eu desisti no meio, depois de tudo isso.

Spent several hours answering automated test questions, received no feedback at all. Easy math questions, some childish puzzles and a lot of pseudo-psychology like "would you spend your holidays making a Very Important Presentation for your Very Important Boss?"

Te agendan una videollamada, agregan a un asistente de ia para supuestamente hacer un resume de la entrevista.las preguntas que te realizan no son relevantes con el puesto, parecen mas de índole personal, como si buscarán informacion especifica. La verdad preferí terminar la llamada.
