The interview started with a short HR conversation. I answered a few questions in English about my background, then we continued in Spanish discussing the type of roles I’m interested in. I was invited to complete online logic and situational tests. Afterwards, we talked about the company, the contractual model, and the next steps. The process was clear and professional.
