1) Coding Round: This is the initial stage where candidates solve algorithmic problems, data structure challenges, and sometimes system design tasks. It tests problem-solving skills, coding efficiency, and logical thinking.
2) Technical Round: In this stage, interviewers assess the candidate’s in-depth technical knowledge, including programming concepts, databases, operating systems, and sometimes domain-specific skills. It may involve live coding, debugging, or discussing past projects.
3) HR Round: This is the final round where recruiters evaluate communication skills, cultural fit, salary expectations, and overall personality. They may ask behavioural questions, discuss career goals, and assess a candidate’s alignment with company values.
