I applied online. I interviewed at Balise Auto (West Springfield, MA) in Aug 2019
Interview
Interview is pretty easy to meet with management to see if you like them they like you. It’s all about how you walk into the interview. They ask you for past experience and how you would fit into this position. They do talk about winter months how you have to clean cars and trucks. It’s a mandatory for sales people to help out it takes most of the day just so you know.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Basically they tell you the hours and how it runs. And you let them know what one day off you want it depends if you can get it or not. It’s also you work are you had to work every other Sunday but I’m not sure if they still have that. As well as holidays and not to expect any change in salary. It is $15 an hour however you do have to pay that money back at the end of the month with whatever sales you hit for the month it’s more or less like a draw.
