Ballast Investments interview questions

I interviewed with three people and they asked very good questions. It was a peer to peer interview where the three other managers this position would interact with were the interviewers

Really easy as long as you know basic accounting, maybe some real estate info. Eagerness to learn and positive attitude are key. It was a few rounds with members of the accounting team, & the controller. Everybody made a good impression and were easy to talk to.
