An email with a list of questions followed with a Phone interview. Then I had a proposition offered, and an in-person interview: An Overview of the company and atmosphere Company goals, questions about ethics and current projects.

2 part process, 1st was the phone interview with boss A, and 2nd was the in person interviwe with boss B. A big emphasis was placed on their core values, where they explained what they were to their work ethics, and would ask how you personified them in yours. Boss B was more focused on technical skillset for the position.
