They phoned me from HHRR to talk to me a little. Then we agreed to book an appointment to the interview. During the interview, they first conducted a roleplay with all of us the candidates and it was about situations and problems that happen at work. They let us talk most of the time while they were listening and taking notes. After that, they were interviewing all candidates two to one -there were two representatives from the company interviewing one candidate at a time.
