Smart, but too boring for me. In my opinion, the interview was more about me, my passions, and some queryes about banking services. so, i decided to decline the offer
In Athens with head of Private Banking and local with Hr head and VP. Interviews, no abilities test. Past experience and knowledge matters. Discussions where centered across strategic approach, problem solving reaction to certain types of questions raised by the interviewers.
