Bankdata interview questions

Initial interview with two managers and a senior developer. Discussed Bankdata as a whole and my prior job and experience. Was called to a second interview a week later. Was given a coding assignment and a personality test to be done at home. Takes roughly 6-8 hours. Code assignment was a mini-project for a banking system, no frontend in my case, only endpoints. The interview itself was mostly regarding the personality test. It became a bit too detailed in my opinion. Very few comments for the code assignment in my case. Was offered the job a day later.

I was contacted after sending in an application. First interview was a talk about the company (honestly a little boring to spend the first 30 minutes talking about their values), last 30 minutes were the opposite - you, talking. 2nd interview was a code-case and a personality test. The code-case was fairly simple, with room to show off extra skills. The engineer who discussed and reviewed my work was very professional and gave me helpful tips in case I wouldn't land the position. The HR representative and my two interviewers (3 in total) was also professional and nice. They asked more critical questions which was a little unnerving, but it felt like they were trying to determine whether or not it was a good fit mutually, rather than trying to determine your capabilities. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.
