I interviewed at Banner Engineering (Plymouth, MN)
Interview
Phone interview with the hiring manager, followed by virtual interviews with the BU Director and other leaders in the company. This was followed by and in-person interview at the headquarters. The interview process was quick but very professional.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Banner Engineering (Plymouth, MN) in May 2024
Interview
Interview process was great. Probably the only real serious interview I had so far in the last 1.5 year of job searching. None of the fake stuff other company are doing where they already hiring an internal candidate and just using you to pad their numbers. HR was awesome, give that guy a raise. Hiring manager was good to talk to. Reason I didn't get the job is mostly my fault, Overplay my hand. Overall good experience.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Banner Engineering (Minneapolis, MN) in Apr 2024
Interview
Pretty laid-back interview. Just consisted of the two managers I worked under asking questions about why I was interested. Also got a tour of the facilities during the interview and plenty of time to ask questions.
