No interview. Just volunteer and wait. I spent about 2 and a half years after graduating high school for a position to open that was available for me. As long as all the requirements were met, the Air Force and military in general will find a job that you can have.

No interview was required in accepting this position. This position was available and was a required move. There were no questions or answer required. There was no onboarding process to highlight priorities, mission or values of the organization. Very little support, much assumption that new hires can find their own way. Could really enhance employee experience and value if time was invested to highlight strategic vision and direction the organization is heading.
