They reached out to me via text. They probably found my resume on Indeed or something. I scheduled an interview and found out it was a group call. The first 5 minutes the interviewer talked about the company and why they're looking for. It's basically a satellite operation for T-Mobile to get low income people to sign up for the government's LifeLine Program.
