I applied online and was called about a week later for an interview. HR (Patty) is super nice. I interviewed with her and then the manager over my department. I was offered the job on the spot at my second interview. We had (paid) group orientation from 8am-5pm. It seems like a great company so far.

What makes you a better candidate than the other applicants?
Informal interview on the spot at the corporate office. Was offered a job. The interview was one on one. Quickly got me into an orientation class. Printed my ID badge immediately.

Quick in person interview asking basic questions about my knowledge of the industry and customer base. Was over before I even knew it. They hire fast because people quit fast due to it being an awful job filled with racist people.

I went to the open house where I had to wait in line and be interviewed by a manager. A couple of weeks later panel interview with owner and two other managers
