I thought that the team that they brought in for the new store screening process was very professional. There were enough interviewers that the process went quickly, I heard that there were between 1,500 and 3,000 applicants. I was issued a second interview appointment card while there.
The second interview was with one of the heads of their Tracker Marine Division. He was quite pleasant and I believe that the interview went quite well with the exception of ONE question. See below.
