      The interview process was smooth and simple. It began with a call from Jonathan Lima in talent acquisition. We spoke about the opportunity for roughly 30 minutes before setting up an in-person interview with the Area Development Leader, Joe Douglas. two days later, I met with Joe at the Scarborough branch where he sold me on the position as well as the company. A few days later, Joe reached out for to me to offer me the position.
