I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Boca Raton, FL) in Aug 2013
Interview
They interviewed me on the spot, kept reminding me it was hard work, had me come in for a second interview, called me up the next day and offered me the job. There wasn't really much to the interview process. Bath and Body Works seemed way too focused on getting as many people as they could to work there for the approaching holiday season so they kept the interviewing very short. They seemed to hire everyone that walked in to apply.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
