Applied online; three days later got a call to set up an interview for one week later. Interview was with three other people. Was asked basic questions and was told to describe an item we picked out prior to the interview and what we liked about it. Told that we'd hear back the following week if we are hired. I got the call four days after the interview with an offer.
Group interview. Typical questions about past experience, dealing with customers, and working with a team. They also ask you to pick a product and describe what you like about it like you’re trying to sell it.

First, they called to set up an interview. Then, they interviewed in a small employee area of the store. They said they would get back to me within three days then they ghosted me. I called to follow up and was told they would get back to me the next week. Again, I was ghosted with zero communication (not even a rejection email).

Group interview with 2 other people. Pretty straightforward questions like your work experience, favorite scent, why you want to work there, and availability. The manager was super nice and friendly.
