I applied in-person. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Scarborough, ON) in Oct 2021
Interview
Had to walk in twice to get an interview. Was asked what is my favorite product, what I like about the company etc. Got scheduled for a group interview with 5 other people and the entire process took an hour. We were all asked behavioral questions such as what would you do in this situation and what are the steps that you will take in this situation. Honestly, there is no even need to prepare for this cause you will easily come up on the spot with answers and then they will train you anyway. All people in the group were hired on the spot, I don't know why they had to spend an hour interviewing for this type of position.

what do you like about the company?
what will you do in this situation?
Group interview. Typical questions about past experience, dealing with customers, and working with a team. They also ask you to pick a product and describe what you like about it like you’re trying to sell it.

I applied online. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works in Oct 2025
Interview
First, they called to set up an interview. Then, they interviewed in a small employee area of the store. They said they would get back to me within three days then they ghosted me. I called to follow up and was told they would get back to me the next week. Again, I was ghosted with zero communication (not even a rejection email).

Group interview with 2 other people. Pretty straightforward questions like your work experience, favorite scent, why you want to work there, and availability. The manager was super nice and friendly.
