The entire interview was pretty relaxed and was over in less than 10 minutes. They pretty much ask about your experience, what’s your favorite scent in the store, and if they like your vibe you’ll probably get a call back. Just be as bubbly and nice and possible.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
