I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Leawood, KS) in Mar 2011
Interview
Very easy! It was in a group setting though, so it was kind of awkward. Practice with someone before you go in! You must be POSITIVE and approachable! Make sure you do not say the same thing as someone else. Be unique in what you say! The interview was not all that bad, it's the training and actual working that is more stressful!
