I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Columbus, OH) in Aug 2013
Interview
Very easy process. Basic interview, nothing to formal. Basic questions on what you enjoyed about the store, and overall what your favorite scent was from the store. Why you want to work for them, and what makes you a good employee. I did my interview with another girl as well, so we took turns answering questions. The process of getting back to me took about 3 weeks, which was a little long in my book. Normally, i never would have waited around for a job that long.
