I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Baton Rouge Management Group
Interview
My biggest problem is that I feel the salary was misrepresented. This is the actual wording from the email I received invitingly me to come and interview.
Copied and pasted directly from the email.
All of our positions are a Guaranteed Salary $35,000-$50,000 (Hourly Pay, plus Commission and Bonuses).
The first interview was short and to the point. It was rather vague on the pay structure. I was told $600-800 a week to start. I was asked to go to a second interview. It was done with myself and another individual. This is where the truth on the base pay was explained. The base pay is actually $10-12 an hour. So $400-480 a week. This is what you receive if you don’t make a single sale or sell less than the base. Your paid the base or your commission, whichever is the higher number.
