The interview and selection process was done by my educational institution. The initial selection was not hard and I passed that easily. Later on, we had a choice to pick a field of interest. For example, one could pick between AR/VR and Mobile App development. I went for mobile app development. After selecting our preferences, we were assigned to the respective chosen field for internship of two months.
