Bavarian Inn Lodge interview questions

Interview process was a good experience. Filled out online application, still had to fill out a "formal" application in the office. That took 20-25 mins, if you take it seriously. Had an interview with the Director of HR for HR opening.

A lady called me and asked me to come in for an interview with her. I had an interview with her. It was very detailed and lasted at least 20 minutes. About 2 weeks later I got called in to go over my credit report. After that I had an interview with the manager and he told me after I passed my background check I could start working.
