Bay National Title interview questions

Two interviews, the last one I waited almost 2 hours because they wanted me to meet the boss's sister who took her time. Was sent the employee handbook which is poorly written, nobody is knowledgable on it. Apparently now all interviews go through the owner because he only wants white people that look like family from now on.
