Very casual. They were very interested in the fact that my prior employment lasted 14 years and I had so many integral responsibilities. It also impressed them that I was and remain employed as their payroll manager.

What responsibilities did I have at my last position. Was Payroll one of those responsibilities. Was I a "snow bird" or did I intend to live full time in Florida.
