Bayview Golf & Country Club interview questions

I got invitation of interview 1-2 days after I applied. The interview takes about 20 minutes. Interview questions include your background (both academic and work experience), how you handle difficult situation, and your availability.

My friend referred me in and I applied via email. The manager is extremely helpful and worked my work schedule out according to my personal schedule. When I went to the interview he showed me around the golf course and described my duties and responsibilities to me. Mostly questions related to my school, my previous work and extracurricular experience. Some small talk to keep the conversation going and keeping me at ease.
