Interview
It was a short 15min session after which you may be invited to shadow a salesperson. They don't need any experience and look for people ready to go around and try to sell to anyone you see on the streets, etc.

Question 1
Why do you want a job in sales? Will you be comfortable doing face-to-face sales?
First stage is a zoom call with the hiring manager; second stage is an observation day with a team leader seeing the sales in action, third stage is the final round interview with the director.

Have a zoom interview and then you get invited in for a presentation where they run you through the company - all seemed very dodgy and not like an actual interview.
