Interview
The basic three-tiered interview process (Recruiter, Department manager, Division manager). There is a standard language, arithmetic, composition and history test. Offices are small and cramped, lengthy lines of candidates (one of the largest employers on the island). No water, tea or finger food so prepared. The wait can be quite lengthy.
