The interview process was extensive. I had over 6 interviews with different leaders. I waited over 3 weeks after my last interview for word, even though I followed up a couple time via email and phone calls. After waiting for an extensive period of time I received a canned rejection email. No call, no personal touch, nothing. If you take someone through that extensive of an interview process and then just send a canned email I consider myself lucky. I don’t want to worry for a company that treats people this way. Unacceptable. Management should know better. After all of that effort you owe the candidate a phone call. Shame on Beacon leadership for not treating candidates with the respect they deserve.
