Interview
interviewed over phone twice, second time was panel of 3. In person interview with individuals and panel of 3. they are easy people to talk with. They expected questions be prepared. even if you know the answer to your questions ask them again to different people during the interview process. I have been on both sides with this firm. They will judge your interest in the company by the questions you ask. Have something interesting that you are involved in or enjoy outside of office hours, they like to see ties to the community.
