      Sales Advisor Interview

      15 Sept 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Sheffield, England
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Beaverbrooks (Sheffield, England) in Sept 2016

      Interview

The whole process was quite full-on, also quite Americanised which sadly is now becoming the norm. A four part process, first involving a fairly non-formal telephone interview. A few days later a group interview with several other people who were whittled down to a handful of candidates who then had individual interviews with two employers later that day. Lastly a working day in-store was completed before a job offer was made.
