The interview process at BPMI was extremely organized. It starts off by someone from HR explaining the role and its benefits at a high level. Then, a manager from the corresponding department you are interviewing for will come to explain BPMI in depth and what it is they actually do. Furthermore, an additional manager comes in and both of them ask you STAR-based questions on previous projects/experience. One of the favorite parts of the interview was that BPMI had a former EAGr+ intern come in and allowed me to ask 1-on-1 questions freely with that person. The interview ends off by going to lunch with the people you talked to throughout the day. The interview takes about 3 hours.
