Initial contact was made by a contract recruiter who performed a telephone interview. Was then contacted for one round of in-house interviews with individuals in the relevant department. The interview process was handled very professionally. I enjoyed meeting the staff and the visitor portion of their facility that I saw during the interviews was beautiful. The interviewers seemed to be very busy and each described a heavy workload (hopefully the person they hired has been able to help with that). Nice follow up provided by HR.
