I was contact by the recruiter a couple of weeks after submitting my resume. We set up a phone interview where she gathered some background info on me and gave me some more details about the job. About 2 weeks later they invited me in for an in-person interview. This was with 3 people, where they took turns reading off questions. The questions were very stale and outdated type of interview questions. It made for a very awkward and stiff interview. Then I received an automated rejection email 3 days later.
