I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter to set up a phone interview. Only a couple of minutes into the call she told me I wasn't qualified for the position and became very combative and rude with me. She asked almost no questions about my background or skills and I had to push to explain how my planning experience was transferrable. I'm not sure why my career background was surprising to her as she had my resume. I was particularly annoyed to have wasted time prepping for the interview.
