Interview was done via zoom. I was interviewed by the facilities manager, facilities supervisor and also the recruitment manager. The three ladies were very professional but also made me feel at ease. The three ladies took it in turn to ask me question relevant to the job and the role that I was applying for. I thought this was a lot better way to interview instead of asking the standard were do you see yourself in 5years.
