I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Behaviour (Montreal, QC) in Mar 2023
Interview
The entire process was very smooth, including the emails and calls. The recruiter seemed well prepared, as well as the hiring managers. I managed to get to the last stage of the recruitment process. However, I had my last call canceled on Friday. No details on rescheduling it. I then emailed them back on Monday morning to see if we could set a new date and got told that they would not be proceeding with me due to my location and how long it would take to relocate me. That's odd because: - They knew since day 1 where I was located. - Whenever I asked, they said that they were used to relocating folks from my region and that their team is prepared and that is not an issue at all. - I asked about working remotely and they said it's perfectly doable until all visas and permits are being worked on. Literally no indication the relocation was a problem and I made sure to ask and get assured of it during the entire process. So their reason is either a lie or they are very, very disorganized. Either way, very sketchy and unprofessional.
