Interviewed by a nice young lady who asked about my last job, what experience I had, what I bring to the company, etc. She also had someone from their production department sit-in, probably just to observe and make a subjective judgement.

What do you think of our company? (Couldn't really answer this since I never worked there... not a good question).
How do you feel about working for a family business? (I didn't expect this question since I never had my own family business, therefore, I didn't have a very informed answer).
